Vermilion Parish Assembly Is In Session
This notice is published to place formal and permanent notice on the public record.
The Vermilion Parish Assembly is now in session. The people of Vermilion Parish have lawfully assembled for the purposes of education, self-governance, and the restoration of lawful, people-led civic order operating on the land and soil.
This notice is being published publicly after attempts to engage the local newspaper went unanswered. The absence of response does not negate fact, nor does it prevent notice from being given. When traditional outlets decline to publish, the responsibility to place information on the public record remains and is fulfilled here.
The Assembly exists to serve the people of Vermilion Parish. It is not a political party, not a protest movement, and not an organization seeking permission from corporate or administrative institutions. It is a peaceful assembly of men and women acting in their natural capacity as the people of the parish.
Assemblies are foundational to this country. Long before modern administrative systems, the people assembled locally to govern affairs, resolve disputes, and safeguard their communities. The Vermilion Parish Assembly stands in that tradition.
This publication serves as public notice:
That the people of Vermilion Parish are assembled
That the Assembly is active and operating
That notice has been given openly, peacefully, and without secrecy
The Assembly is organized around four foundational pillars, each serving a necessary civic function:
The General Assembly, which is the standing body of the people and the foundation for participation, education, and consensus.
The Jural Assembly, which will serve as the court of record for Vermilion Parish, operating under American Common Law.
The Militia Pillar, organized for the preservation of peace and lawful defense, operating strictly within lawful and constitutional bounds.
The Business Pillar, responsible for lawful commerce, mutual support, and economic stability within the community.
The Assembly is currently focused on education, organization, and the orderly development of its internal structure. An official website for the Vermilion Parish Assembly is under development and will serve as a central location for notices, educational materials, and updates.
Participation in the Assembly requires that individuals status correct back to an American, standing on their God-given and unalienable rights. Participation is not conducted in the capacity of a corporate or administrative citizen, as such status operates by granted privileges and does not retain full inherent rights. Education and guidance on the status correction process will be provided.
Residents of Vermilion Parish who are interested in joining the Assembly or receiving education on lawful government operating on the land and soil are invited to make contact.
No prior experience is required. Education, training, and guidance will be provided. What is required is good faith, personal responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
The Assembly is also seeking individuals to help fill positions within its pillars. These will be paid positions in the very near future. Roles are service-oriented and will be filled through a transparent and orderly process as the Assembly continues to organize. Training will be provided where appropriate.
Members of the Vermilion Parish Assembly will, in the very near future, begin engaging with existing maritime admiralty and corporate administrative bodies currently operating within Vermilion Parish. These engagements are intended to be peaceful, transparent, and educational in nature.
Those currently serving as public service providers are expected to educate themselves on lawful government by the people and for the people, including the historical and constitutional foundations that place ultimate authority with the people. This expectation is rooted in the shared interest of maintaining peace, continuity of essential services, and public trust.
The Assembly’s objective is a peaceful transition of governance back to the people of Vermilion Parish, conducted openly, lawfully, and without disruption. Cooperation, education, and good-faith engagement are encouraged to ensure stability throughout this process.

This is that record.
